GCCL has developed a Cohort-Based Training Program based on the Core and Specialized Supervisory Training Programs. The Cohort-Based Training Model allows professionals to join colleagues (future, inexperienced and experienced supervisors/managers) through a six-month intense journey designed to increase their competency, effectiveness, management and leadership skills. The six-month cohort-based Core Supervisory Training Program can be augmented by adding additional trainings from the Specialized Supervisory Training Program.
The Cohort Based-Training offers an interesting and intellectually challenging environment, while promoting a sense of community. The instructor and participants work together to create a supportive environment and stimulating cohort experience for everyone. The instructor(s) will provide technical support, as needed throughout the program.
