LBIC consultants are highly experienced within the area of promising practices for restraint and seclusion reduction. Our consultants have experience identifying critical data elements, collecting and analyzing data, and developing policies, procedures, and practices to reduce and eventually eliminate the use of these emergency procedures. LBIC consultants have worked with numerous child welfare, mental health, juvenile justice, and educational agencies to reduce their use of restraint and seclusion. LBIC consultants have developed and published a variety of articles, books and tools designed to reduce agencies dependency on the use of emergency procedures.
